The standard Statement of Work (SOW) should be used for each individual client
Client specific requirements are captured in the statement of works, as well as any Local Country terms and conditions that need to be included
Example Scope of Services are included within each SOW template, these should be reviewed and amended to ensure they reflect the agree scope for each client
There are Bronze, Silver, and Gold standards listed in the Grounds & Landscaping SOW templates
- When using this SOW make sure to clarify which service level you are using
- For example: If you are using a Gold SOW, delete the Bronze & Silver section from the SOW
The Snow SOW is based upon the type of pricing model instead of Bronze, Silver and Gold SOW
