Adequate fertilizer applied to plant species according to their optimum requirements

Sprinkler irrigated by electronic automatic controls.  Frequency follows rain fall, temperature, season length and demands of individual plant species. Typical startup of system to ensure appropriate operations and ID necessary repairs, followed by annual inspections (region specific) with a winterization of system to prevent winter damage to system

Minimum of once per day, seven days per week. No overflowing receptacles

Frequency dictated by species, length of growing season, design concept also a controlling factor i.e. using clipped method vs. natural-style hedges

Controlling objective to anticipate and avoid public awareness of any problem

Grass mowed at least once every 7-10 days. Normally not aerated unless turf indicates need. Reseeding is done only when major bare spots appear.  Weed control to maintain the property at 85% weed free

Applied based on plant health and annual need to maintain health of assets. Typically, an application takes place once per year
