Contract Agreements
When engaging with Waste providers ensure that you are using the latest copy of the Contract Agreement for that region which includes waste category specific clauses.
In Services (Section D in AMS and EMEA, and Section E in APAC)
- Characteristics of Waste and the associated contractual definitions are included. Ensure that you refer to this clause and the correct definitions are used for each waste type
- Services Provider Acceptance of Waste. Ensure this term is agreed with the Service Provider the requirements for both parites are clear, especially as this clause gives the Service Provider the ability to reject Nonconforming Waste
- Waste Equipment. This clause details Service Providers and CBRE's responsibilities to provide applicable waste equipment and the ongoing management of the equipment
