  • Business reviews must be held with partners according to our relationship strategies
    • Strategic – 2 per year
    • Preferred+ - 1 per year
    • Preferred – optional
  • Tracking of business reviews must be managed in the SmartSheet tracker to ensure compliance Global Supplier Business Review meetings 2023

    Every year, CBRE GWS hosts our Supplier Innovation Challenge with the intent of establishing a pipeline of innovative solutions our clients can count on year in and year out to enhance and transform their facilities. ​

    The program is designed to allow countries to launch local innovation challenges independently throughout the year while at the same time, ensure global consistency. 

    The outcome of the challenge is for these ideas to be implemented in client facilities to address their transformation needs.    ​

    Winners are recognized in annual awards and winners receive a sponsor for 12 months, to help drive implementation of their innovation

    ​-Database of all our supply partner innovations globally, grows as new            innovations are obtained
    – Annual innovation challenge held in-country provides our supply partners    the opportunity to compete in award categories allowing them to    showcase their innovative services and products   
    – Portal provides real-time access to these supplier innovations, searchable   by: award winners, client challenge, service, sector, country
