    • High level scope of work typical for most sites
  • Detailed Scope of Work
    • Includes a Scope of Work for nearly every piece of FLS equipment
  • Inspection of various components:
    • Fire hose, couplings and nozzles 
    • Verify that there is no damage caused by chemicals, burns, cuts, abrasions or vermin
    • Interior linear at each end for any physical signs of linear delaminating
    • Hoses for the current test psi
  • Ensure the location of the hose is sufficient and verify it is not blocked
  • Hydrostatic test
  • Hydrostatic test
  • Flow Hydrants for proper flow and pressure.
  • Inspect various components:
    • Risers for water leaks
    • No obstructions or damage
    • Gauges and alarm bells

  • Inspect various components:

    • Releasing panel
    • Manual pull stations
    • Audio video device
  • Testing:
    • Foam systems
    • Functional testing

Kitchen Hoods Fire Suppression Systems

  • Inspect various components:
    • Signs the system has been fired
    • Chemical type & quantity
    • Linkage cable for fraying
    • Regulator test date
    • Pull station
  • Testing:
    • Gas valve operation
    • Weigh activation cartidges
    • Full function test of system
    • Dry test

Emergency / Exit Lights

  • Inspect various components:
    • Exterior housing for physical damage
    • Lamps are lit and properly aimed
    • Battery voltage
  • Testing:
    • 30 second push test
    • Operational test of batteries and lighting system for 90 minutes

Fire Pumps

  • Type of Driver Diesel or Electric
  • Check Rating, GPM and PSI
