Our Procurement teams across the globe select and source the right partners to provide the best value goods and services to our clients across multiple categories. Suppliers are then assessed and segmented into 3 groups of suppliers; Strategic, Preferred and Approved. Those suppliers that are segmented as Strategic and Preferred are nominated into CBRE’s Global Partner Excellence Program.
We then manage and engage with these suppliers within the PEP according to their segment, delivering value across the business and to our clients. We continue to review and develop our partners to ensure we are building a world class supply chain and that we continue to work with the right partners for CBRE.
