Security Services and its management of services through our Supplier partners

encompass a number of different elements across CBRE locations globally. 
The key elements currently incorporated include;

  • Access Control  Equipment and Services (electronic systems that facilitate automated approval for authorized personnel to enter through a security portal).  This includes additional elements such as Badging and Access Control Equipment.
  • Guarding / Manned Services (Is a person employed to protect the employing party's assets (property, people, equipment, money, etc.) from a variety of hazards (such as criminal activity, waste, damaged property, unsafe worker behavior, etc.) by enforcing preventative measures
  • Remote security monitoring is the monitoring of an entire security system, carried out by a third-party monitoring provider, 24/7, 365 days of the year and completely remote. The monitoring team will be monitoring the security system for several factors, with the most important being triggered or activated alarms. This could be in the form of intruder alarms, sensors and/or CCTV cameras.
  • Security Services are services in addition to guarding and include Risk and Advisory Services, executive protection, event security, mobile patrol, and training.
  • Security Consulting (is someone who assesses risks, problems, and solutions for security issues. The consultant may work as a physical security consultant or as an IT consultant who works with computers
