1. Overview
CBRE is prevented from supplying and occasionally from managing some or all Security services because of legal, compliance and risk issues. These services will always be out-of-scope.
Typical prohibited security services are but not limited to:

Any Security services and their management that are considered High Risk and / or residing in embargoed countries
Where the country or local Security regulations do not allow CBRE to act as Principal or from providing any services at all.
Note: It may be possible that the services can be operated under a MA arrangement
Armed security on site (where site based Security officers would be required to carry lethal weapons). Non-lethal weapons are not normally In-scope. They may only be provided in properly controlled and managed environments with agreement from CBRE Legal and the Global Security Director (to ensure appropriate controls are in place)
