CBRE account management will request the Security service provider to regularly provide the agreed management information (together with such other supplementary information as required) at a frequency and in a format directed by CBRE. The level, frequency and type of reporting must be mutually agreed between CBRE and the Security service provider and reflect the nature of the site security operations, risks and security volumes as well as client reporting requirements in the Client / CBRE Master Services Agreement (MSA) and / or Services Agreement.

2. Report submission
Reports should be submitted to CBRE within five (5) working days (or as mutually agreed) of the end of the period to which they relate and should demonstrate the required detail for the period, together with cumulative, year-to-date statistics. Notwithstanding this, CBRE reserves the right to amend the scope of any management reporting as required.

6. Security Reviews
The Security service provider must carry out periodic reviews of their services as agreed with CBRE. These shall include, but not limited to
- Review of the suitability of the security services for the site / sites
- Demonstration of continued ‘value of money’ of security services delivered
- Review of continued compliance with relevant policies, standards and processes
- Identification of non-compliance, including by others that may impact the delivery of security
- Review of changes that impact security operations requiring a change to the operating strategy
- Opportunities for enhanced services and efficiency
- Review any previous review reports to confirm achievement of any outcomes
- Review the progress towards achievement of the account security strategy
