Time must be taken to fully understand the Contract, especially how it relates to the Client contract commitments and any financial liabilities. It is imperative to ensure that a full understanding of all key operational components are in place. If in doubt discuss details with both the Client and CBRE Global Lead to ensure alignment.
We must remember that Savings are often linked to a Client contract through Glidepath commitments and this remains an integral part of the Contract.
