The Project team must ensure when developing the Contract respective to the Provision of and ongoing maintenance of the Lifts that dedicated team members manage the components of the project. These would normally be broken down into such components as;

Time must be taken to fully understand the Contract, especially how it relates to the Client contract commitments and any financial liabilities.  It is imperative to ensure that a full understanding of all key operational components are in place. If in doubt discuss details with both the Client and CBRE Global Lead to ensure alignment.

We must remember that Savings are often linked to a Client contract through Glidepath commitments and this remains an integral part of the Contract.
