Our Program Partners – managing relationships
• We manage our partners differently depending on their segment, assigning more resource and effort to our Program Partners where we expect to get more value from these partners.
• It is critical that we promote and grow our Program Partners with our clients over and above our Qualified (non-program) partners. Our program partners have been identified to provide exceptional services to our clients
• As part of our Partner Excellence Program, we must maximise the value that we can deliver from our Program Partners. To do this we will:
• Ensure we exhibit customer of choice behaviours
• Proactively request feedback from program partners to identify and address pain points
• Measure the value that program partners are delivering • We will do this through our Supplier Relationship Management framework which includes Business Reviews, Performance Management and our Innovation and Events framework
