Defining An Approach / Strategy To Unbundling & Washroom Solutions

Clients Current Washroom Consumables  

Its important to understand the current supply of consumables into the client site to establish whether any of CBRE's preferred distributors or OEM's are supplying existing goods and services.  Having an established supplier / distribution channel at the client site may make it easier to implement new consumables and solutions:

1. Existing Clients 

  • Look at the information in the Washroom Solutions Asset contained in this playbook, to understand the unbundling consumables and the implementation of washroom solutions  
  • Discuss with your client the advantages, cost savings and the ESG benefits associated with the activities 
  • Contact the resources below to understand more about the process, help with conducting an on-site audit and to setup a meeting with a Distributor or the OEM

2. Bids

  • Bidding unbundling and washroom solutions into a new client provides a unique offering that can be tailored further (if successful) during the implementation of CBRE's FM services.  Information and bid support is available through the resources below.

BSCs 

Does one of CBRE's preferred distributors  already deliver washroom consumables to the client site but through the BSC (Building Services Contractor)?  If so we can approach them to look at unbundling the consumables from the BSC

Does one of CBRE's preferred OEMs  already provide washroom consumables to the client site through our preferred distributor?  If so we can look at optimising product sustainability and potentially look at washroom solutions for the site(s)

Does the OEM or the distributor already have an existing relationship with the BSC and have they managed to successfully unbundle products previously with them elsewhere?
