  • Typically have a few large manufacturing operations
  • Focus efforts on product development and manufacturing optimisation
  • Only sell B2B as they are not equipped to support end user or B2C requirements (orders, ship-to’s, customer returns, invoicing etc.)
  • Have high order minimums and usually only sell in full truckload quantities
  • CBRE negotiates a pricing agreement (PA) for all distributors to utilise – all distributors receive the same OEM price

  • Typically have their own delivery fleet and can also partner with freight companies when necessary
  • CBRE distributor mark-ups are typically defined by sub-category and range from 15-25% and vary by supplier partner
