VOC Priorities  

The Grounds, Landscaping and Snow Removal category ensures that any properties outdoor areas are well-maintained, safe, and attractive throughout the year.

   o   Landscaping involves the design, installation, and maintenance of outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, trees, and shrubs

   o   Grounds maintenance includes tasks such as mowing, watering, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing to keep     the property looking its best

   o   Snow removal is necessary during the winter months to keep the property safe and accessible, and it involves clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots

Together, these services help to enhance the property's curb appeal, improve its functionality, and ensure the safety of its occupants and visitors.
