The primary supplier agreement elements to establish within an existing contract are best summarised using the Responsibility and Embedded Documentation Matrix from the SOS, as a checklist of data which should all be identified, created or obtained. These elements are all needed when switching Janitorial suppliers over to CBRE standard Global or Local  CBRE supplier contracts.

Advanced preparation will not only assist and support current supplier management, but also ease of transition at contract renewal or RFP award.
