- Chubb, the fire and safety division of the Carrier Global Corporation, has been acquired by APi Group, one of the leading suppliers for fire safety
inspection services. The deal is worth $3.1 billion - APi Group acquires Chubb - with more than 13,000 employees operating in 17 countries, Chubb will increase the customer base of APi Group
