• Verify the current asset list with both the account operations team and incumbent supplier 
• Utilize the linked equipment inventory template below for gathering asset information
• The number of devices is important to capture for Fire Life Safety equipment to be quoted accurately
• Utilize the Fire Life Safety page "How To Price FLS" to evaluate whether to go to bid

• Pricing should be based upon the cost / device
• Pricing based on an hourly cost doesn't incentivize the supplier to complete the task in a timely manner and keep the cost lower
• Include the following:
  • Additional cost / device for any missed devices on the initial bid
  • Repair rate and / or trip charge
