All Services Sub-Contracted
Considerations:
- Maximize self-performance on basic services that don't require certified technician
- Primarily fire extinguishers, emergency lights, exit signs, fire doors
- Reduces "truck time" and site visit costs for simple & quick visual inspections
- Many tasks take 1 minute to perform - for example:
- Emergency light test by holding test button for 30 seconds
- Visual inspection of fire door to ensure it is closed and not obstructed
- Outlier locations may be difficult to self-perform for more frequent services (monthly inspections)
(Fire extinguishers / Emergency lights / Exit Signs / Fire doors)

- Client and locations will sometimes mandate union labor
