CBRE HSE incident reporting processes and methodologies create a governance structure for HSE and Food Safety for Food Services.  Using credible Food Service suppliers with their own robust internal HSE processes relies heavily on Food Services supplier partners to manage HSE.

Account Teams should be familiar with in-country HSE specifics in relation to the effective management of Food Services to validate the supplier partner’s internal practices and manage the supplier partner effectively. Access to and knowledge of in-country Food safety legislation is highly recommended, achievable online or through guidance from in-country CBRE HSE representatives.

Supplier partners should be provided with a copy of the account-specific HSE policies and governance in order for them to align their own established internal HSE policies and Governance to the specific Account requirements.

Below is a typical basic governance / audit frequency framework example covering the suppliers own HSE  / Food Services governance and that of CBRE Account teams.

1. Key Points

  1. HSE provide comprehensive Site Manager Protocols for the Management of Food Services, that demonstrate the detailed areas of focus, considerations and guidance for CBRE Account Teams
