Covid - 19 Guidelines

Covid-19 is an evolving situation that remains in 2022 and will probably remain with us for some time yet.  All staff working with customers and suppliers must observe CBRE policies and guidelines surrounding Covid-19.  CBRE continues to monitor the situation and will update policies, procedures and advice for all to use and abide by.

All Food outlets regardless of size and type should practice the essential elements of safety and hygiene to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the workplace.

Ver 1.0 (Jun 22)

Wash or Sanitise Hands before eating

1. Good Food Hygiene Practices

Follow safe distancing measures

Practice Respiratory hygiene

Avoid touching eyes or face when eating

When arriving at the Food outlet, Coffee stall or Cafeteria after touching something that visitors may have been in touch with such as utensils, water outlets etc be sure to sanitise your hands with hand sanitizer for at least 20 seconds.

When coughing or sneezing cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow.  Discard the tissue in a closed bin and wash or sanitise your hands.

Avoid close contact with people when queuing for food or drinks and avoid unnecessary talking even when wearing a mask.

Where exposure may have occurred prompt identification and isolation of potentially infectious individuals is a critical step in protecting workers, visitors, and others at the work site.

If a worker or other customer displays signs or symptoms of COVID-19  seek to isolate them from others in the area and follow on-site protocols for the safe removal of the customer or visitor to avoid infecting others.

If the person cannot immediately leave the workplace, isolate the individual in a location away from workers, customers, and other visitors and with a closed door (e.g., in a single occupancy restroom), if possible, until they can go home or leave to seek medical care.
