Standard Service Provisions

For larger operations serving 1500+ customers – set meal combinations and price points for fast and efficient service. Pop-up stations that facilitate different cuisines and varieties to ensure there are ample choices while minimizing wastage. Slightly more traditional layout generally with warmers in place to cater to the volume

Through an application, customers may order a la carte meals and be notified when their meal is ready for pick-up.    The application generates an alarm to pick up the order

Addition of “trader meals” or out of hours meals that accommodate staff who work in night shifts or non-traditional hours

For freshly made to order coffee serviced by a barista. 

Stocked with a variety of milk products and substitutes, syrups and coffee alternatives. Fast, friendly service with familiar faces – the barista team get to know the internal staff and provide a warm welcome

May be paired with a display case or grab and go food offerings to expand beyond beverages

Coffee may be offered free of charge to staff or recovered internally if used for casual meetings

Loyalty program may be implemented that offers discounts and pre-order services

Sweet and savoury selections may be offered free-of-charge to staff or recovered internally if used for casual meetings

Display Case-non refrigerated

For pairing with the barista bar – offering pastries, sweet treats, and savoury selections

Limited offerings but perfect for morning and afternoon snacks

Ideal for small spaces or pop-up offerings

Grab and Go bar / Micro Market

Pre-packaged individually portioned sandwiches, wraps, salads, yoghurts etc., for those in a hurry

Ideal for offices with staff who might work extended hours or require food beyond the standard café operating hours (requires self-service POS)

Bio-degradable and sustainable packaging

Micro Market model may be considered for self-service POS for speed of payment

Enhanced with bespoke offerings such as freshly baked bread, locally harvested honey, etc
