Category Pricing Calculator​

For relevant categories and others in development, the Category Calculator Tool is designed to provide the end user with a directionally reliable category-specific cost per square foot. This “single-value” will be generated using factors inclusive of region, country, city, sector, LoB, building type, facility square footage, shifts per day, population, etc. This tool will also provide a detailed spend breakdown for each category in both US dollars and conversions into the local currency.​
